At TalkPoint, we want to ensure you have a successful language learning experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Course Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

Live Classes: For live tutoring or scheduled sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit or refund. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Ineligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted if the request is made after the 7-day window.

Courses purchased during major promotional “Final Sale” events are non-refundable.

If a user is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing login credentials), their right to a refund is forfeited.
